Economical. Two hour online personal training session with files. $250 plus follow up sessions as needed at $40 per 20 minutes online personal sessions.

Standard. $1,000 Advance payment. $65 per hour fees. Personal training over typically two months. Estimated total cost $3,500. Best for success.

Business Plan Preparation

You also realize that you need to know where you are going to land before you leap and be able to identify the correct amount of capital you will need.

The business planning process includes assistance in evaluating and forming the three primary business success components:

• Capital. Capital will find you if you can get the first two components of a successful business right.
